Additional requirements
Single person/room supplement – AUD $510 per/person
Geneva Airport collection & drop off – AUD $400 per/person
Lyon Airport collection & drop off – AUD $450 per/person
Bike Hire for one week - AUD $250 per/person

Booking Conditions
Deposit: A booking will be secured on receipt of 25% of the total cost of the booking payable at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is to be made 8 weeks prior to your trip date. If booking within 8 weeks of your trip date, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
Single Person: The single person customer will be required to pay the additional single person/room supplement fee, should a second single person customer not be available for twin share.
Payment Method: All prices are per person (twin share), shown in Australian Dollar currency and payment is required in Australian Dollar currency.
Payment can be made by bank transfer/wire (Internet Banking) directly from your bank to our bank. Payment details can be supplied at time of booking.
Currency Fluctuation: Trip prices are subject to increase if there is a movement of over 5% in the exchange rate between the purchasing currency and Australian Dollar. Please note that prices quoted have been calculated on the A$ being equal to 0.62 Euro.
Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you have to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing and then the following cancellation charges will apply;
6 weeks before arrival date: loss of deposit.
3-6 weeks before arrival date: 50% of total payment.
0-3 weeks before arrival date: 100% of total payment.
Insurance: You are required to take adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation.
Liability: practicebicycle.com are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
Changes: practicebicycle.com reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative accommodation or to make any other alterations, which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible. Where additional costs are involved these must be borne by the participants.
Participant: It is a condition that an approved bicycle helmet must be worn while cycling and that participants ride within their capabilities and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.
